Postage Cost
We offer both first class and second class post as options when checking out. First class post will cost £3.90 per order and second class £2.90. All items will be posted via royal mail except for orders weighing more than 2kg these will be sent via hermes or DPD.
If your order qualifies for free UK delivery they will be sent second class.
Our postage cost for sending internationally to Europe is £5.95 per order if buying one item. If buying multiple items the cost for sending to Europe is £8.75. This is because the cost of sending internationally increases with weight.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
If you change your mind and want to cancel or return your order you must tell us as soon as possible and then return your item to us within 28 days of the sale. Proof of purchase will be required.
Item returns will only be accepted if they are in an unused, brand new and saleable condition. If items are returned having been washed or used then they will not be accepted and we cannot refund you. Items will be inspected upon their return.
You will be refunded 100% of the cost of your order including outgoing postage. We cannot refund the postage cost for you to return your items to us.
It is advised that you obtain proof of postage when you return your items to us so in the event that they go missing you will be able to claim a refund via Royal Mail or your chosen postal service
Items Not Received
For first class post please allow eleven working days from the date you receive your shipping email for your order to arrive.
For second class post please allow thirteen working days from the date you receive your shipping email for your order to arrive.
We will track your order and see if it was delivered. We will ask you to check any safe spaces/areas and check with neighbours.
We will then make a claim via Royal Mail for a lost item if you cannot locate the item.
If your item is lost we will offer to resend your item or refund you.
If an item is showing as having been delivered by Royal Mail tracking, if you opt for a refund you will need to wait 30 days for Royal Mail to respond to our claim so they can investigate as tracking will show the location of the delivery being scanned.
Refunds
Once items have been returned to us in an unused, brand new and saleable condition they will be inspected. Please allow us up to five working days to process your refund.
If your items are not returned in an unused, brand new and saleable condition then we cannot refund you.
If you cancel your order before your item is posted then you will be refunded within 48 hours.

With our products we offer a six month warranty for nappies purchased directly from NappyNoos.com. If we have stockists in the future then the warranty will extend to purchases made through them also. The warranty starts from the date of purchase and proof of purchase is required.
If you have purchased the nappies preloved then the warranty will not apply.
If you have purchased your nappies more than three months before your baby is born then the warranty will commence from the birth of your baby. Proof of purchase will be required and proof of the date of your baby’s birth will also be required.

General wear and tear
Stains
Colour Fading
Balding and holes in bamboo/hemp
Shrinkage of bamboo/hemp - this is to be expected
Elastics becoming loose
Leaks – as this is usually a fit problem
Smell
Heat Damage – ie from washing or tumble drying at a too high temperature
Modifications
Voided
The following will void our warranty
Use of bleach
Use of fabric softener
Drying on a direct heat source such as a radiator
